Arrival dates are always on Saturdays. Minimum time of stay is 4 nights.
Keys from an apartment are issued after 3pm and the time of departure is set on 10am ate the latest.
Booking payment: Our guests are obliged to pay 50% of the accommodation price within five days after receiving confirmation of the reservation, the minimum reaches 6,000 Czech crowns. If this advance is not paid on our bank account within three days after our electronic confirmation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The remaining part of the total price must be paid 6 weeks before arrival at the latest.
Stay cancellation: You can withdraw from your reservation any time. Withdrawal should be reported in writing. The date of your letter delivery is the decisive date of cancellation. These costs have to be paid in this case: 25% of accommodation price when you withdraw your reservation 55 days before start of your stay at the latest, 50% of accommodation price from 54th to 35th day before start of your stay and 100% of accommodation price from 34th day before start of your stay.
